RTE.ie reviewed The Great Atlantic. Here is what they had to say:
"As an attention grabber, making an album in a log cabin in Tuam is quite special, but then so are some of the songs on Galway man Mullins' debut. It's one for fans of acoustic guitars and harmonies, and Mullins packs plenty into his stories of loss, mistakes made and getting on with it.
While the former Pier Nineteen man shows on 'Across the Ocean' that he's well able to up the tempo if needs be, elsewhere he's in no hurry, and so this a record that you settle into. Best of all, the piano playing on 'Not Strong in Me' and ambient closer 'Apple Song' say there's more to Mullins than he reveals here.
A fine talent that's worth finding the time for."

The Great Atlantic OUT NOW

Please please please share this event with your friends on Facebook, MySpace, etc. and if you can send around a few texts about it that would SO helpful! The charts in Ireland don't really mean as much as they used to, but to an independent artist it can open up a lot of doors - more airplay, greater exposure, more people coming to gigs, etc. so I really appreciate any help you can give :)

GRCC 25th Anniversary Compilation CD Album Launch
Keith's song Across The Ocean will be featured on a compilation CD in aid of the Galway Rape Crisis Centre which comes out in January. Other artists on the CD include Mike Scott of The Waterboys, The Saw Doctors, Steve & Joe Wall and many others. The launch of this CD will take place in Monroe's Tavern, Galway on the 29th January, 2010. Keith & Band will be doing a set on the night.
Tickets: €10
Doors: 10pm ( the show kicks off around 10.30 and finished at 2am )
Acts playing on the night are Keith Mullins, Cora and Breda Smyth, Padraig Stevens, The Coonics, Don Stiffe, Identity Parade, Stacey Nolan & The Government. It promises to be a great night of music!

Songs From The Broken Wheel is a Triple CD containing 52 Original Songs From Tuam Bands and Singers. Keith's song No Hercules will feature on this CD as well an old track Tightropes from his first band, Pier Nineteen.

Tonight Will Be Fine
You can now listen to the recording of Leonard Cohen's "Tonight Will Be Fine" that Keith did for Cork's 96 FM. The station devoted a whole show to the music of Leonard Cohen and asked a number of artists to cover his songs for their Green Room show. You can listen to Keith's version of "Tonight Will be Fine" on the Media page under Recording.

Keith sings Leonard Cohen
I have done a recording of Leonard Cohen's "Tonight Will Be Fine" for Cork's 96 FM. The station are devoting a show to the music of Leonard Cohen and have asked a number of artists to cover his songs for the show.
